Photos that are attached MUST be recent pictures detailing any marks / defects / fading clearly to avoid price being reduced when we receive your item.
Should we receive the item/s & it not be in the condition seen in photos, you will be liable for any courier costs both to us & to return your pram back to you should you be unhappy with our quotation.
We can personally collect within a 50 mile radius of our store ( DE13 0FY ) or you are welcome to drop to us in store anytime during our opening times. This MUST be arranged prior as we don’t accept walk ins for the purchasing of pre-loved items.
Alternatively, should you be further afield, you would need to securely box your items & arrange a courier to get your items to us. We can also arrange this for a £20 per box fee which is deducted from the offer price when sending payment.
Once your form is submitted you will receive an email confirming that we have received your details & we will be in touch with your quote within 14 days.
PLEASE NOTE: We are extremely busy, so we kindly ask that you do not contact us for updates regarding your enquiry before the 14 days as we will be unable to help with these enquiries over the phone.
